Bayard's executive chef, Patrick Vaccariello, prepares a tasting menu paired with vintage wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy and Loire regions of France.

The evening also features a rare and intimate salon concert of French opera and song by the internationally acclaimed soprano Diana Damrau, accompanied on the piano by OFNY founder and conductor, Yves Abel.
