OFNY invites you on a philosophical journey to the French Enlightenment to experience the musical brilliance of Jean-Philippe Rameau and contemplate the wry philosophical musings of Diderot’s Le Neveu de Rameau. This mixed-media performance is a signature production by OFNY’s co-artistic directors Olivier Deloeuil and Jean-Philippe Clarac. An exuberant and playful dialogue between “I” and “Him”, where French Baroque music and principles of Enlightenment thought are given a thoroughly modern reading.
